1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be happy with PDFLocal Pro. If the Pro tools do not work as advertised on your system, you may request a full refund within fourteen (14) days of your purchase — no complicated conditions. Just send us your order ID and a short note about the problem (see Section 5).

2. Instant Digital Delivery

A Pro purchase unlocks digital content that is delivered immediately: your license key is generated and emailed to you as soon as payment completes, and Pro features activate right away. By completing your purchase you agree to this immediate delivery.

If you lose your license key, look in your purchase receipt email, or look it up with your email address on Lemon Squeezy My Orders.

3. EU, EEA & UK Consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the EEA, or the United Kingdom, you normally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. For digital content delivered immediately, that right ends once delivery begins with your consent (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Art. 16(m)). Independently of the statutory position, the 14-day money-back guarantee in Section 1 applies to you as well.

4. How Refunds Are Processed

Payments and refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy, who acts as the Merchant of Record for every transaction. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Lemon Squeezy, typically within a few business days.

5. How to Request a Refund

Use our contact form, choose “Refund request”, and include your Lemon Squeezy order ID and a brief description of the issue. We reply by email, usually within a few business days.
